You know, I get all up in antinatalist's beeswax because there's a strong weird undercurrent of racism in the community that doesn't seem tied to the idea of antinatalism at all, but internet atheism has an equally strong undercurrent of sexism that is equally unconnected to the core ideas being espoused.
The misogynistic undercurrents were definitely the first thing for me to notice after I watched a bit of that group's stuff on my own, after the flimsy ranting that's called ranting.
And yeah, that's my experience with Markiplier too. Hate his stuff, but he seems like he'd be chill to hang out with in person, sort of like NL. All of which reminds me, I keep feeling like I should be subscribed to someone, but I've forgotten, or something.
Maybe the last few LP weeks have just been really boring.

Tumblr's a bit of a circus, so I don't necessarily want to debate the basis that those jokes were grounded in.
I am pretty okay with otherkin now, though.
