The other day I saw a campus police car that had red and blue lights on top but only said "The Ohio State University" on it.
They must have a very specific use for that...it's blatantly a police car, because the lights give it away, but it can't be used for traffic stops because this state only allows traffic stops in fully marked police cars (i.e., having just the university logo doesn't count).

Admittedly I'm biased against Kasich after having had to tolerate him as my governor for the past 5 years.
That said, I just keep forgetting Pataki exists because he doesn't get as much mainstream attention for saying crazy things, compared to the others. :v
