    he stated pretty specifically that he didn't really care about the show (said he tried watching it, hated it) and he was just talking about how garbage the toys were

    If somebody does have a Shahrazad recursion deck, you can expect to play 2 or 3 subgames every single turn of the main game. Ugh. Not to mention that it can easily be copied by spells like Fork. That’s not even considering the possibility subgames within subgames. I shudder to think.

    my fave yu-gi-oh deck ever was a fiber jar deck

    fiber jar is a now-banned card that essentially resets the game, not including life points and cards removed from play

    so i'd just sit there, see what kind of deck they were playing, remove their key cards from play, reset, rinse, repeat until their deck was total garbage

    so much fun

    moreso the fighter cards than the boss cards, but still.

    the only one that's absolutely terrible in every context is The Statue From Easter Island.

    I'm not sure what plastic they make the blind-bad ponies out of, but given the price point and how easy they are to burn, I'm going to say ABS (which does smell weird) or polystyrene (which smells a bit like cinnamon). Hard vinyl is a possibility, since it reeks, but it also doesn't burn as well as the other two.
