"Why does everyone complain about the lasers and the 'impossible to get' 1-up on this stage, do they not realize that you can use Flash man's
weapon and stop all the lasers?"
I can explain this
When Mega Man 2 came out, Nintendo Power had a nice big article on it and they recommended that you start the game with Quick Man's stage. I dunno about anyone else but I find the level to be impossible without Flash Man's weapon -- which is easy to get anyway, and fully charged it halved Quick Man's power.
Remember back in the 50s when they'd record like Elvis singing YOU AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A HOUND DOG and then they'd turn the record over and reverse it and it was all NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP and people were all like, "That is actually the voice of Satan coming from that song."
I know there's Bun but who's the other one?
If it's me, I'll be surprised. I haven't actually played Mega Man (or a lot of other game franchises) that much. I just like learning things about them.

Really? Thanks! And I'm glad I'm not the only one who does that.
Speaking of learning about games, I think I'm about to be interested in Persona. I kind of want to try out Persona 3 or 4, but I'm not getting a PS anything in the near future.

squid: I had not read it yet, but I was familiar with Persona 1's localization. Looking at it again, I half expect the characters to be raving over jelly donuts that look suspiciously like rice balls.
That whole thing just never gets old for me, does it?

You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022

My university uses this incredible mass of dead tree for all three calculus courses - 1000+ page book, 500+ guide, 800+ page "solutions" manual and all three are the most worthless things ever
a few weeks ago I found and purchased a calculus book from 1946 that was only 300 pages, less than 1 lb., and covers _everything_ from Calc 1 to 3 with the solutions in the back. It's funny about how much more practical and smart we were about resources back when we didn't care about resources and nowadays we're crying for the earth while producing these tree killing textbooks that nobody in their right minds would carry around
I love math. I really need to write that song about it. XD
I actually liked School, it was honestly fun. Especially study hall(or being in the cafeteria) where I could work on a lot of crap. Hell, I had Hall Monitor duty before.

BREAKIN THE LAW, BREAKIN THE LAW
Technically I should be working on my stock market project atm, but it's flex period, so who cares.
cheesy
Whee.
sigh....
Ugh. Maybe I'd feel more motivated in the library.
all of the freshmen at my school are Hopsin fans now
someone help me
You live in the Twin Cities, don't you? People up there probably have better taste in rap music than that.
Denial, denial, denial.
My mother, everyone.
/ -4sin^2(x) + 2cos^2(x) + sin(x)cos(x) dx x from 0 to 2pi
and to think I'm actually enjoying this crap

speaking of clipart, that little calculus book I purchased had leftover notes and sketches of Disney's Dopey from the student who had it in the 40's
also, the owner wrote bizarre sexual poetry inside the front cover of the book, too. Remind me to post that sometime
This is a lot like those times when I wander into my math room after the Calculus class has left and understand nothing on the board.
For some reason, this doesn't surprise me.
Indeed.
My math class is so low on the list that it literally is just called "Senior Math". One of my classmates can't add.
Our first chapter was arithmetic review. Not joking.
We've recently finished graphing linear equations and did some work on quadratics (parabolas, ugh), but now we're doing set theory for some reason.
