You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
So, working on my little project brought to mind the time I tried to make Homestuck Magic cards (and, in hindsight, trying to smush two very different systems together was a terrible idea), so I decided to look up Homestuck MTG cards to see if anybody had done better.
They have not.
What kind of ridiculous monstrosity is a Legendary Sorcery? The legend rule exists to prevent multiples of permanents from being on the same side of the battlefield to prevent ludicrous things from happening.

OTOH bidding a ridiculous sum for a drawing like that and then pulling the bid at the last minute is exactly what a troll might do, and CWC's just arrogant enough to fall for it.

Look at the bidding history. Most of the outrageous bids are from accounts with little or no feedback, indicating they're most likely trolls.
Didn't the guy's house burn down earlier this year/late last year?
Bidding that much for a drawing just to get his hopes up and then not paying is really mean...
Agreed.
Especially since there are a lot of people who would gladly pay $15-$20 for one of his drawings, you know?
Once again, his arrogance and inability to understand money have bitten him in the ass.
If he had set the "Buy It Now" option at $15-20 instead of $100, someone would've snapped it up immediately and he could easily and quickly create more drawings for the same price.
Instead, he's going to get burned and probably take it as a sign he shouldn't be doing this at all. He had an actually good idea for once, so of course 4chan had to ruin it for him.

I wouldn't say I was ever much interested in hearing about CWC or CWC-trolling, but I don't really get why you have to act like the rest of us are tedious or annoying whenever we talk about dumb stuff that happened on the internet

Bleh, my bad. Didn't bother to double-check because driving the bid up to a million dollars seemed like exactly the thing some giggling 13-year-old would do.
Also, I generally try not bring up CWC in general conversation areas, since he seems to be a hot-button topic for whatever reason, but I figured it was ok to discuss him if someone else brought him up.

it's not like it's hurting you
I kinda get where he's coming from.
People like myself tend to prefer to avoid egregious tedium that CWC trolling and the like is, it's....headache-inducing is probably the most cogent way I can put it.
It's not anything against you or anyone else here, you must understand, it's just really irritating.
Sort of how I get any time the "Macklemore sucks and is racist and sucks" circlejerk pops up.

welcome back
I don't know what that means beyond "oh she's gambling again", but sure, whatever.

I dunno she watched like 8 youtube vids about this horse
I just feel like this forum is a fairly non-judgemental environment and we can be mostly pretty mature about stuff.
I mean if this were IJBM I'd see your point but we don't devote ourselves to complaining about stuff.
And when we do comment on dumb things that happened I feel like it's just one of the other myriad things we talk about
and it's a potential learning experience for people like me who worry a lot about the consequences of online stuff
but I don't know what that means in real terms, probably just the kind of thing that generates false hope :/
