Where the hell has Edan been the past decade, anyway?
he showed up on a Blu album a couple years ago and was featured on a song called "Spaceship Earth" in like 2011
otherwise? DJing mostly, I think.
That's a shame, although it's maybe for the best he hasn't tried to follow up on Beauty and the Beat if he knows he can't do it.
I think it's probably more of a money thing.
Beauty & The Beat was critically acclaimed but it sold terribly, DJing is probably just a more reliable source of income if you're a Jewish rap nerd from Boston.

That kinda sucks, but I suppose I can't fault him for it.
You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
Listening to an instrumental version of RHCP's "Under the Bridge" is insanely relaxing for some reason.
confession: i listened to a Youtube mashup called Waters of Megalovania several times in the last month and now i can't listen to Waters of Nazareth anymore because it sounds incomplete
I will never understand how people saw Pacific Rim as notably progressive
Primarily because it was just a refreshingly good, lighthearted movie, but the idea of cultural unity was very much integral to the film's conceptualization and I do think that's important.
Captain Planet was literally better than Pacific Rim at that
Caveat: Captain Planet was not a good show.
It wasn't when DIC was doing it, but when Hanna-Barbera got a hold of it, it seemed to gain some awareness of its ridiculousness (also better animation)
I dunno, it had an episode with Tony Jay as a magic talking yeti
Don't forget the same episode had Charlie Adler using his Cow voice for some animal I forget, and a seal who sounds like fellow Kath Soucie voices Lil and Cadpig
There is an episode where Captain Planet turns into a tree and everyone acts like that's a power he's always had.
There is an episode where Wheeler discovers an island of mutant rat people who face an apocalypse in what turns out to be a message episode about overpopulation
There is an episode where the COLD OPEN is the Planeteers dealing with the LA Riots. And then the rest of the episode is a semi-ripoff of The Warriors in New York.

Just asked in case there was something specific.
