I have an iTunes gift card and would like to buy an album, but it's listed as a "Partial Album" which apparently means you can only buy the tracks individually.
Now, I wouldn't mind this if the album had a reasonable amount of tracks and they were only the standard 99 cents, but there are 24 tracks on this album, and they're $1.29 apiece.
Meaning I'd have to spend almost $35 to buy an album that would normally cost ten.
Partial album's only permit you to buy tracks individually. So you are expected to pay 15 x cost of individual tracks rather than the normal cost for a single album.
However, my understanding is that this is the full album of 15 tracks. So why partial? Normally you see this when specific tracks have been excluded from download.
You may find purchasing the actual CD then ripping a lot cheaper!!!
this is one of exactly three places on the internet I can legally buy this album and I can't use the other two (those being Amazon and Stones' Throw's own store).
You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
I only ever buy things from iTunes because some members of my extended family have decided that iTunes gift cards still make the perfect gift for Millennials of all ages.

that is the exact situation I am dealing with right now.
this is why people resort to piracy. Which I would be doing if The Further Adventures of Lord Quas was up anywhere but fucking Rapidshare, which got shut down a few months ago.

I especially find it amusing when people give me the iTunes gift cards that are slightly smaller than regular credit card dimensions.
Because those smaller cards usually come in a 3-pack and it's blatantly obvious that someone bought a 3-pack of iTunes cards and gave one to me, one to my brother, and one to my sister.
I sound ungrateful, I know, but like I said it's more amusing than anything else.
My favorite Irate Gamer moment will always be when Ralph Baer, the inventor of the video game console, went through Chris's Magnavox Odyssey video and made a detailed list of the things he got wrong.

You know what's interesting to me? I started watching Steven Universe less because I had a genuine interest in it and more because I wanted to see what all my friend were talking about.

If anything I figured it would be like Adventure Time where I can watch episodes and enjoy them but don't find myself actively seeking it out.
