Supposedly, Succubi where associated with sleep paralysis. But this wasn't a disease they spread, just the result of them sitting on one's chest and perhaps doing so demon magic stuff.
I'm unaware of them being directly associated with any diseases, though Lilith's predecessors certainly were.

^^^^ Part of the myth goes that Adam and Lilith where originally one being, like conjoined twins. They where definitely created simultaneously, so it's not quite that Lilith was just created as a fuck-buddy (though, Eve is slightly more debatable in that regard).
God told them both to be fruitful and multiply...I think the issue is God created a couple of Doms...
There seem to be multiple sources regarding Lilith, in case anyone was wondering about contradictions, etc...
^I think some stories tell it that she left on her own accord, others that she was banished.
Either way, she did travel to Hell and have tons of sex with Satan at least. Possibly other demons. The "Lilium" is what her spawn is known as.

It can be used interchangeably to mean Lilith's spawn, but a Lilitu can mean something else as well. The Lilitu where Mesopotamian demons. They're myths predate the writings of the Bible and other Jewish texts. They did seduce men and prey on infants (like Lilith).
The Lilium are Lilith's spawn. I've usually heard them described as malevolent demons and spirits. A few of my books mention more specific details. One mentions that Lilith gives birth to fully grown females, that mimic her behavior of killing infants (they cannot reproduce, however). Another mentions that they have the hindquarters of a donkey, eagle wings, but the torso and head of a human (they might have wings instead of arms, this would be consistent with some of the original Lilitu legends).
There's a possibility that all to much of Lilith's offspring die withing 24 hours, as per the story I posted above.
Another interesting tidbit: It's possible she came back in helped the snake trick Adam and Eve, or maybe this could be interpreted that she and Satan/Sameal/the devil/whatever he's going by today planned it out together.

Lillith might also just be more concerned with bearing more demon children than anything else with Adam. She also had sex with Cain during this time period.

The part about here corrupting (or perhaps helping corrupt, in some legends those two needed little help) the two Angels is of some importance. Those two lead a small (200 Angels, if memory serves) rebellion against God. Though this ends about as well as you'd imagine.
By some accounts, Azazel is identified with Satan. But it gets confusing because the name Azazel, Azael, and Aziel are all different names used throughout different Kabbalah and Demonology texts. So it's hard to say what "causing Azael to fall" really entails.
There are several stories concerning Aziel's fall, a possibility is that it was a number of things and Naamah helped push him towards starting a Rebellion.
Anyhow, Azza and/or Uzza (we could be dealing with one or two other Angels) might have been the highest Angel, second only to God. Uzza is considered an alternative name for the Metatron (the name or possible title of the highest angel. It's possible God had even given the title to two or three Angels).
Uzza and Azazel where potentially pissed off when another Angel (Enoch) got the Metatron title, or perhaps replaced Uzza. Though, the two where already "fallen" at this time, Enoch kicked them out of Heaven and eventually they lead a rebellion. It's difficult to say where Naamah comes in here. I'd imagine near the beginning.
Well it could be the result of how "gentle" she was when she was exploiting said man's desires, or as a twisted side-effect or punishment for giving into her beckons, since she visited them when they were least healthy. Paganism tends to cover every polytheistic religion that doesn't have a great deal members (and maybe one or two that do). There also seems to be not much in the way of organization between Pagan groups (if there even is a group).
The result is that there's lots of Pagans whose experiences and beliefs regarding their religion could very well be unique to them. There beliefs could also run the gambit of worshiping a deity who they see as being about as mysterious in action as many Christians view God's to having daily conversations with their deity.
Makes it a little hard to talk about "Pagans" as a group, 'cause it's not really a group, per se. It's just a label applied to a group of people with a very vague criteria for commonality.
