People need to realize that "actual" gamers aren't the target market for that thing anymore, really. It's being aimed at people who play nothing but CoD and also people who want a "family entertainment system". It's not going to flop, much as I'd like it to.

My impression of the Zelda fandom is that a new game comes out and it's amazing just like the last one but a bunch of children will complain that it wasn't just like the last one. :p Seriously though, Zelda has to be one of the most consistently good series there is; there really isn't a single mediocre or boring one that I'm aware of.

I actually find many of the Zelda games to be pretty eh. They're well made games, I just tend to not care for them.

I tend to like the 2D games a lot more: Link to the Past is the best.

I have a co-worker who has considered purchasing an XBox One as a family entertainment system.

Anyways, I tried Drunken Robot Pornography today. Good game, but I'm always paranoid of falling off, since you have to be on your toes and I don't feel too confident when I jump-jet around in that game.

Yes, they did. Remember how 4th gen OU was DRAGONS DRAGONS DRAGONS?

Dragon used to be this super-special ultra-rare type (only TWO fully-evolved dragons in Gens 1-2), but then they became more common as time went on. They needed a nerfing sooner or later.

Also, people are assuming Fairies will be good in Competitive play.

We don't know at this time. Clefairy might be due to Magic Guard as is. Same with Clefable.

Gardevoir, who knows? Might be slightly better, might be worse.

In other words, we don't know if they actually will be a problem for the Dragon types. So we really shouldn't assume they'll be that good.

And if it also means there's a lot less bannings of any Non-Legendaries... that's a good thing too. More variety and all.

Picked up Crimson Shroud again. I'm at the part where you fight the dragon. It's honestly pretty astounding how epic this game's battles tend to be, considering they have literally no animation.

EDIT: Well, POE doesn't look too bad, but I think the world of Akaneiro's a nice change from other fantasy worlds.

Just got the Water jobs in FFV. Current team is Monk, Berserker, Freelancer, Freelancer. By the end of this, I'm expecting another Berserker and a Dragoon. Because that's just how my luck works.
