On bisexuality: I came out to Mother in March of last year (figured out I was bisexual in January or February of last year), and my grandmother in January of this year, I think.

Here's how I came out as bisexual:
Sister: Hey, are you gay?
Me: What?
Mother: Gay. Are you gay?
Me: Er...no?
Sister: Are you bi?
Me: ...Yes?
Mother: Okay.
Me: Why?
Mother: Just asking.
Seriously. That's literally how it went down. I felt kinda bad afterwards, knowing that for some people it's much, much more difficult than that...

Since I'm new here, I might as well make it clear--I'm a biromantic, asexual, cisgendered female. Well, I'm not too sure about the asexual part. Everyone I've ever talked to about it says that that's not actually a thing. :/

So while cleaning out the garage, Mother came upon some of the gay romance books her gay friend gave her back in high school.
Unfortunately they're kinda moldy, but she wanted me to have them if I can find a way to clean them up.

Well, you see, she knows I'm bi and trans, so I think she wanted to give me something symbolizing LGBT acceptance.
Or something. I dunno, I thought it was sweet, but I know my mother well...
Cute redheaded co-worker. Will be leaving soon. She is straight, but enjoys Vodka. We went to one of my friend's houses to watch inane stuff with a friend, and she was participating in the drinking of the Vodka. I advanced upon her and she was okay with it, I was pretty sure with a few more hints and advances, she could come home with me and we could sleep together. Then, the party started. People poured in I did not recognize. She saw a cute guy she liked, and he flirted with her, and then her attention was completely locked upon him. I lost interest and left the party, and decided to get on the internet and hopefully forget about it.
The weird thing was before we went on this excursion she mentioned something, asking me if I was depressed, because I kind of looked like it. In honesty, I think I am. My life is very good, but the moment other females come into the picture things get...depressing. I don't get the attention I want from them. I don't get the affection I desire from them. Mostly because I don't advance on my part due to fear of being rejected, and then realizing my desire to do anything I enjoy is fading.

I suppose that's true, but it certainly paints a colorful mosaic of the members of the fora and a common tendency to have a different sex and gender.
I guess that doesn't necessarily implicitly explain our abundance of "gay", but if "gay" prospectors came across that list while searching for "gay" nuggets, they'd know it's time to start digging and panning the nearby, colorful rivers for "gay" dust.

I sorta forgot it's possible to be bigendered, but not equal amouts of each gender. I thought it was one half gender A and one half gender B.
...But right now I'm one fith gender A and four fith gender B, so yeah.
