- its a fuckin good and exciting opening match!!

- oscar is a proper tasty player

- rakitic is also Proper Good

- the vanishing spray is cool as hell

I feel bad about how the news media's attention towards the protests has been swallowed up by world cup coverage even though that was inevitable.

On the whole i haven't been particularly struck by Brazil so far this game. They haven't looked *bad* but they certainly haven't looked like world cup victors either.

this is definitely not one of the better brazil world cup squads. fred has been absolutely anonymous in particular. i really dont understand why they didnt call up diego costa like a year ago
