So, on my way to the boss of No Man's Wharf, Lucatiel fell in the fucking ocean. Is there anyway to get her summon sign to respawn or am I screwed?
Just go back to the bonfire
that said, unless you reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally want to complete her quest, it's probably not worth it. For whatever reason, the pathfinding AI of that particular Lucatiel summon is godawful, and she will go kerplunk nine times out of ten.

Was hoping to avoid going back to the bonfire, but oh well.
Probably gonna complete her quest just for the hell of it, but thanks for letting me know.
so when I launch Recettear, the process never opens. It just keeps displaying the launch window over and over again until I manually kill the .exe from the Task Manager.
So I just played Lost Constellation, a supplemental game by the team working on next year's Night in the Woods, and I am extremely impressed. It's a short little ghost story of sorts that explores religion and believing in things that might not be immediately visible, but the way it does it is very tasteful and open to interpretation. Really quite nice, and it's a pay-what-you-want game, so I definitely recommend it.
I didn't know anything about the parent game beyond having recognized it as being the source of one of Naney's previous avatars, but now I'm very excited to try it out too.
Now that I'm done with Oath in Felghana, I restarted Fortune Summoners because I didn't remember where the hell anything was. The difficulty feels very similar to say the least ^_^;
I cannot for the life of me play the casters well. The swordplay is fun as hell though, especially once Sana breaks level 12-ish and most of her spells start angling toward buffing the shit out of Arche.
I also like how they handled the power scale story-wise. For once, the main characters aren't prodigally powerful or talented. Like, you're stronger than normal civilians, your casters are probably a small cut above the rest of the magic class, and Arche was taught by her legendary swordsman dad. But town guards are mostly bored about the surrounding monsters, and the other magic students regularly handle most of the same stuff as you. Hell, Colm's team is usually right behind or ahead of you during the Wind Crests, and even as late as Weathervane Tower they get held up more by puzzles than the fucking terrifying harpies that confuse your team into murdering each other in seconds. Your team getting everything important done has more to do with being in the right place at the right time than being fundamentally scarier than the regular authorities.
So basically, the shit your team pulls through the latter half of the game, up to and including Stella blasting a two-ton wyvern in the face with biblical-grade firestorms, Sana cloning Arche, and Arche's increasingly improbable Yoda-fu is considered average.
I just suck at that game. When I play Arche, I just end up getting everyone killed. When the AI plays Arche, Arche is a high-speed steamroller.
So I just end up playing the one character I suck at least -- Sana. 1. Watch HP values. 2. Occasionally use ice spell. 3. Occasionally use shield spell, as appropriate, on MVP.
It gets easier once you get rolling slash. It demolishes larger enemies and pops smaller ones into the air so your casters have time to get spells off.
Once you hit the late teens, Sana gets the ability to clone Arche, and Arche gets an unblockable 360 aerial with no recovery time. So things...tend to die quickly, even on Expert. Arche can basically turn the entire floor into a death zone of tumbling lolis, or hit things through the floor from halfway across the screen.
Maybe playing on Expert is why I suck at casters. Everything's super fast, goes right for your face, and I'm lucky to get a single cast off. At least Arche can block and snap-thrust.

Killed my oldest friend, abandoned my new friend, and sent a girl and a baby into the wild on their own. And yet, this was the only choice that made sense.
