I wanted to sleep till 11 but I've been awake since 7:30 or so because I'm so excited

Anonus and I stopped after Season 3 because it wasn't that great
But we picked it up again during the recent Steven Universe hiatus because we needed something else to watch together, and it turns out Season 4 and onward are better then 3 was

Poor Dad. He's the only one in the family who can mow the lawn, so he's stuck with that job all summer, every year.
It's too strenuous an activity for my disabled mother, and my brother and I are extremely allergic to grass clippings, so Dad it is.

I'm sitting around my bedroom and I thought "huh, the light's red" and it dawned on me for just a moment how absurd it is to have a traffic light in one's bedroom.
I guess that's not quite true, we had a "lawn" in the front when I was small, but it was tiny and a pretty huge fraction of it was taken up by the giant tree we had. I can't imagine it took very long to mow it.

In approximately 8 hours I will be with Anonus, assuming no unforeseen delays
I think that Leftclausewitz might be a pun on the name of the game engine that paradox uses for their 4x titles (which is called the Clausewitz Engine) but I don't know what the Left part comes from.
Anyway last night I: *climbed two schools *(note that I climbed the second one by propping up a set of plastic playground steps up against the side of the building, it was incredible) *made s'mores at the park at 5 am on one of the grills using trash as kindling

Okay, I've watched all of the trailers for the Overwatch heroes.
I kind of get why everyone's comparing it to TF2 as the go-to now? I can see a connection for every TF2 class except Pyro.
There's not really a spy equivalent either.
That's understandable. Spy works in TF2 because 14 player teams means that it's easy for a fifteenth to slip in. Overwatch, afaik, has 5-player teams, so it doesn't work.
There's a reason why you rarely see spies in pro-TF2, which traditionally uses 6-players.
in hindsight, Reaper does actually fit as a Spy analogue. High damage output at close range, effective if somewhat obvious evasion tactics, by far the edgiest character in their respective games
we went through a lot, the Imimobile and I. Getting caught in snowstorms, rolling down the highway listening to Rush, backseat makeout sessions, yeah, we did it all.

So yeah, great night
Wish I could have tagged along. Were it not for my height fears and lack of athleticism I think we could have had a lot of fun. Urban exploration is good stuff.

I'm going to start saying that now.
Playing Pokemon as an adult: Heh, Butts used Gust.
I'm not sure why, but I think I just got bored or something.
Maybe I could pick up where I left off in Season Five and see where it takes me.
Except for that one time he accidentally chopped up those baby rabbits.
This seems very baby and bathwater
Almost goonlike

It's only been a week, but it's been far too long.
