People swear by VLC but I don't know, like, it doesn't seem that great to me.
DVDs look noticeably better when I play them on MPC-HC...
I've only ever used VLC for my legal downloads and it seems great to me. Like, I've never thought "Well this looks ugly/works awfully, so why fix what isn't broken?"

Haven't quite figured it out, but either Harley's Holiday or Harlequinade, Lock Up or Heart of Ice and one of the Batgirl episodes, since Section said he was interested in seeing more of her character. I might throw in Mad Love too if people feel up for doing 4 episodes.

VLC is a perfectly fine application... if you're trying to watch or transcode loose video files on a Mac. Lossless audio like FLAC behaves really weirdly in the version I have: I tried testing my album files in it and they played fine in Audacity but sounded really loud and distorted in VLC, and that's been a bit of a running problem. It also lacks a loading indicator, I guess because of how it works, which is frustrating. But in terms of actually playing videos, it's perfectly fine.
I've just screwed my blog over by deleting all the images saved in the image gallery, and the entirety of the first generation is now devoid of photos. I still have them, but it's a ball ache to recover the photos from the recycling bin and insert them back in.

i'm not bad at theory for electronics but i would like more hands on experience than i have. so right now i'm ordering a bunch of wires and transistors and shit from digikey
