"They're(The Knights Templar are) like the Elvis of Historical Urban Legends, kinda like how the Comte de Saint-Germaine is the Elvis of Western Occult Folklore."
So, 101 dalmations. I was born on the 101st day of the year, and even though Cinderella is always gonna be my favorite disney movie; 101 dalmations will always be a close second.

Apparently, before I could even fully talk, I mimicked Cruella's "poison them, drown them, bash them on the head" speech (I think there's an old lost home recording of it, and other funny baby things).
Then again, I mimicked a lot of the sounds I heard (probably echolalia), until I learned to not do it. Maybe it was just that that was the one caught on tape.
Clad in a blazer with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, Joe Casey has a tendency to look a bit like a badass middle-school English teacher. And as the somewhat-morose frontman for native Detroit band Protomartyr, it’s clear he’s got a way with words. The reality is, though, that he’s got bigger fish to fry. With an excellent new album, The Agent Intellect, out October 9 on Hardly Art, Casey and the rest of the band are poised to draw more and more well-deserved attention in the weeks to come. Couple all that buzz with a massive U.S. and European tour this fall and, if all chips fall Casey’s way, this could be the season of Protomartyr. Here’s hoping, anyway.

well, what's wrong with disdaining the "famous for being famous" phenomenon

That's a good point, actually.
I knew I was missing something because, well, Adam Tod Brown; and I think that was it.
