I know it's really good. I used it enough in the original to find that out personally. It is just so boring. Useful, strong, but boring and forces me to play carefully (especially on ???). Still the same way in Rebirth. And who plays carefully, anyway.
I'd say that anything with those two items is pretty great, though I guess I have another reason to take it for that.

I know it's really good. I used it enough in the original to find that out personally. It is just so boring. Useful, strong, but boring and forces me to play carefully (especially on ???). Still the same way in Rebirth. And who plays carefully, anyway.
