  i really resent the way new software updates and releases always seem to entail aesthetic changes and interface changes.
  
  If you want to carry on as before you have to deal with any vulnerabilities or compatibility problems that entails, and miss out on new features.

  i got that a few weeks ago when i found out that upgrading my ubuntu release entailed (so that i could get a newer emacs without compiling it myself) getting a desktop interface that does not function on this computer (who needs 3d acceleration for a fucking launch bar, gawd)

  As much as I enjoyed Fallout 3, I think preferring it to New Vegas is almost unequivocally a mistake. 

  
  

  Plot's more coherent, more factions and more choice, companions are easier to get, all areas can be reached without going through subway tunnels, etc.
