NCTA is running an ad on Twitter saying that regulating the Internet would make it like the DMV.
Apparently, the NCTA hasn't been to the DMV since 1989. Around here, you can do quite a bit of stuff online, and if you do have to go in, you can sit instead of stand. It's about as intimidating as getting car insurance.
I hate the stereotype that the DMV is horrifically slow.
Some DMVs are pretty swift and efficient with their service.
Misconceptions courtesy of people who aren't electoral politics geeks: LA = California city AL = American League MS = disease or software company DE = pool water filter stuff ME = oneself, or Melinda Warner AK = a gun ID = a card UT = school in Austin SD = item for photo storage MO = how one usually does things CO = gruff guy who orders people around OH = sudden realization IN = a one-way door KY = something relevant to having sex PA = loudspeaker VT = school in Blacksburg CT = expensive medical test MD = person who orders a CT NB = Nebraska
Star Fox 2 has multiple difficulty modes. The easiest is pretty easy, but the hardest is actually pretty hard. And not just in a "hard to hit stuff" way but in a tactical and time management way.
I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
Sometimes I wonder if my interest in early Hanna-Barbera cartoons (e.g. those that predate Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!) appears baffling to those who didn't see them as kids

It's ''baffling'' only in the sense that what you consider interesting does not line up with what I consider interesting.
That's not really a bad thing, if everyone liked the same things the world would be boring.

It's technically short for "Cheshire Cat", which refers to their pocket-dimensional cloaking capability.
