The idea I was getting at is that basically the only reason I care about some internet guy saying a dumb offensive thing (BREAKING NEWS) that clearly comes from not just a bad situation but bad intent is because I had reason to like him beforehand
I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
hotdiggedydemon made some joke about the Skyler Page groping incident and now people say things about how the PONY.MOV videos are all misogynist and I'm all "huh"?
(after more than a year, however, I still have not watched SWAG.MOV)
and like considering I've done nothing but say how much I hate that it happened and that I have no reason to defend him for it I'm honestly dumbfounded and a bit offended that people thought I was doing my "defend things for dumb reasons" shtick as always
@Kex: You're not, you're not. Honestly, my own privilege comment was more in response to the "political correctness" thing being referenced, although I do agree that it is worth reflecting on whether being effected by a thing directly or not will be different depending on your relative privilege and removal.
I'm not sure how to articulate that clearly without it turning to word salad. I'm tired too...
You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
My shtick is bdsm ageplay, complete with Polaroid photos
Run slow, kill people, take their stuff, repeat, stumble through the agonizing main quest
'Dem shoulderpads though.
Also, I now get what people were saying about Morrowind aesthetics. A bit more excited for eventually getting the Dragonborn dlc. Just you wait, Steam. One day you'll put it on sale for five dollars or less, and then I will strike.

So, my local library is having a huge sale on nonfiction books that haven't been checked out for years. As many as you can fit in a bag (provided by the library) for two dollars.
Flipping internet, people aren't checking out nonfiction for information as much as they used to. Flipping wikipedia, flipping digitalization of the public domain and of information.
You could just read it there. Requires less expense on everybody's part, including publishers. But I guess that would be horrible, huh?
I'm afraid to inform you that it took me five seconds to find a 1911 Britannica article with inadequate citations, so I guess nobody's coming. Look at all those monetary figures with no backup in sight. How terrible.

hotdiggedydemon is odd because his videos are full of rape joke stuff to begin with
