I'm kind of amazed they went into it assuming they would only get 12 episodes.
Honestly, they should have just gone for broke made the best 12 episodes the could have in the hopes they'd have gotten another season. Instead they played it safe and tied to wrap things up by the end and it felt rushed.
Didn't help with the amount of time we spent watching bender dodge ball and love triangle shenanigans.

I have one, and almost had the chance to use it last night when somebody tried to break into my neighbors house with a knife when I got off of work at 11:00pm.

I had a dream that Tzetze had a tragic backstory in which he had a twin sister who had the same freakish computer knowledge but had used it for evil by breaking into a government database and stealing people's personal information, and she was now serving a prison sentence.
This led to a debate about whether Tzetze could be said to be "the good one" or whether he was neutral at best. I threatened to pull out a D&D alignment chart, but Section42L told me this wasn't necessary.
Also, this conversation all happened at a TARDIS-like convenience store off an Interstate highway.
I liked him when we talked about interesting things like old video games. I liked him much less when he felt the need to insert his political views all over the place and relate everything to either his marinedom or his dad.
He doesn't really talk about being a marine any more than, say, you talk about music or Anonus talks about cartoons.
The dad thing, well, everyone has sore spots, and he has plenty of reasons for that one.
I haven't. I've washed it, but didn't disinfect it in any way. I get stratches all the time, and thought that this one would just heal by itself. It didn't.
I still can't find the cause of it. I think it could have been a badge pin that was pointing into the bag that I caught my hand on.

Also I had one of those little bits that should have tipped me off I was dreaming: we were going down a two-lane rural road and they had one lane blocked off. They had a flagger, but the flagger's sign didn't make any sense. Instead of "SLOW" and "STOP", it had the words "PROCEED WITH CAUTION" on one side and an upward-pointing arrow on the other. I took the former to mean "stop", despite it literally meaning the opposite.

It's different in different areas, someone who's never used a gun before firing one off would be potentially as dangerous, but if the general area were more open about gun training as well gun owning, then it might even out.
