Remember back in the 50s when they'd record like Elvis singing YOU AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A HOUND DOG and then they'd turn the record over and reverse it and it was all NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP and people were all like, "That is actually the voice of Satan coming from that song."
It seems to be an unwritten rule around here that you have to picture lots of weird crap. Though some of us picture more than others.
Really? I like TNT's logo, it works well as a bug.
Also the older logo looks so... 90's. Maybe that's the appeal of it but it doesn't fit the channel as it is nowadays.
Also also I can't help but love the current look of the channel. It's so... simple, but it looks good on screen and doesn't seem boring despite being sparse.
Another good thing about the look of TNT is that it complements TBS's campaign fairly well, as can be seen with the ads for Dallas when it airs on TBS.

The Adventures of Grammar Gal
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm, 179 HUB
"Independent Claws" (2012) Grammar Gal's arch-nemesis Comma Splice plots to destroy the Conjunction Bridge with his Mecha-Comma, leaving InsertGrammarPunHeresTown as two disconnected halves of a city. Tara Strong, Tom Kenny. (TV-Y7)
When I hear of this "Grammar Gal" I picture Terra from Teen Titans but wearing a white caped uniform with a blue domino mask and a blue "GG" on her chest.

Oh, "InsertGrammarPunHeresburg" could be called Oxford City! It's so obvious now!

Good night Gator.
I had it in my head that Grammar Gal gets her orders from Oxford City's Chief of Police, but it seems odd that the police force would just call upon a 13-year-old girl to fight their battles for them.
Oh, hey, I just noticed that 2012 Wendy has a blue and white striped shirt on, essentially making it a horizontal version of the pattern we see on 1969 Wendy.

^^ Oh, heh, that is pretty clever.
Sometimes I wonder if the real Melinda Lou Thomas ever actually looked like the little girl in the logo.
Sometimes I will take long trains of thought that end up in weird places and have to stop myself from posting what I end up with. Nothing here is relevant to my grandmother's being a Wiccan.

I do that all the time, though often instead of stopping myself I'll just preface it with "series of mindleaps says..."
So if the superpowered me actually became a thing (pfft, never gonna happen) I guess I'd have to change what he does, since there's already a famous black guy with lightning powers.
Not that that'll happen anyway because the one thing I'm making involving superpowers purposely keeps Tre from having them, because LOL MARY SUE.

Actually, I was noticing the other day that there are a lot of black heroes who can control lightning.
A short list:
Black Lightning
Black Vulcan / Supervolt
Static
Juice
granted, that is only four. But three of them have the same costume, and it's such a specific combination.

The other night I tried imagining a superhero version of myself.
I figured I'd be Road Warrior, and my costume would have an Interstate shield with "RW" on it.
Yeah. I was mainly referring to Static but eh, I guess it wouldn't be too big a deal. Besides, I doubt DC would come knocking on my door with a C&D letter anyway.

Probably not (also Static is only indirectly owned by DC).
Also a good name for a guy named Trevor with lightning powers? Trev Rev.
I don't dislike superheroes, but sometimes I wonder where their eternal popularity comes from.
Ah.
Well, I think it's because, Superheroes are what we'd want to be if given great power (not necessarily what we WOULD be) and people identify with that.

It'd basically be that grid-thingy from Kid Icarus: Uprising and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, but IN 3D!!! You get two 3x3x3 grids to place either cubes or squares on. I will explain this later.
But it would also be sorta-kinda different. For example: there are only six spells (Vim, Heal, Dispell, Burn, Freeze, Shock) and two stats (HP and Attack). Magic is semi-Vancian. You only get a certain amount of casts per spell.
The way the grid itself works is by placing either cubes or squares of different colors (the primary colors, black, white, and all combinations thereof) on the grid. Spells are created by placing sever of the same type of cube or square together. If a cube or square is adjacent to another, it creates a more powerful spell. However, if two cubes or squares are not adjacent, they count as separate spells.
In an attempt to prevent magic from being more quadratic than strength, you can also create different skills by placing a magic cube along with attack cubes completely surrounding it to create a new attack that also has the properties of the corresponding spell. It works similarly to capturing pieces in Go.

^For some reason I thought of Discord.

But yeah, flat can be improved upon
Oh, I was just mentioning that my headcanon of GG looks like this a bit.
You may recognize her in my avatar as the girl making the "I am so high right now" face.
This is my new motto.

Kinda weird, huh?
You could hit people with a YIELD sign and hang out with Ambush Bug?
(that's not supposed to be a dig, "Road Warrior" just sounds like one of the silly fringe heroes along the lines of Ambush, 'mazing Man, etc.)
Probably not (also Static is only indirectly owned by DC).

I could explain, but I doubt you'd agree with my reasoning.
Do you dislike them?

Just my take on it.
GUYS GUYS GUYS
I have an idea for a level-up system for a game I'll probably never make. Who wants to hear it?
Sure Kex.
Also, hipster Terra.
i get so angry sometimes i just punch plankton --Klinotaxis
Terra has since become a regular jane. So it's sorta irrelevant.
Well, DCAU Terra did. Comics!Terra died. But that's okay, because no one liked that Terra.

...
This is a lot better in my head.
Crap. Forgot to explaing the difference between cubes and squares. Cubes operate in three dimensions. Squares don't.
Also, your attack stat is only boosted if you place attack (let's just call them "nodes") nodes adjacent to each other.
I'm guessing this would be for an RPG. Might be a little complex but it seems like it'd be fun if one got the hang of it.
