I hear the OVA is stupidly fanservicey but the TV series actually isn't, surprisingly.
rating it a 6 (noticeably flawed but still enjoyable) seems a little harsh
its two main "flaws" seem to be
1. it's not an action show, as its OP and premise suggest
2. fanservicey costume designs
but the first one doesn't really seem to be a real flaw, and was mainly me using it as an excuse to justify lowering its rating just because i didn't want to be seen rating it a 7
honestly the story is really really feel-good and comforting and nice
i guess another flaw is that the episodes don't really flow into each other -- there are very few cliffhangers
but such might be considered normal for what is essentially a slice-of-life series
then this should too

this is the best group ever :D
Oath is certainly a very good game though it's overshadowed by Origin
Origin, however, did feel like a better-balanced experience with a much more engaging plot (at least for Yunica; I still haven't played the other two characters), while the epicness of Oath ran mostly on awe alone
