It's "Carl's Jr." because it began as a smaller version of the existing "Carl's" restaurant

these days it basically just makes me feel kinda fat, and tastes kinda like Burger King but more trashy
e.g. big red cat makes a general point about the size then specifies color
red big cat makes a general point about the color then specifies size, which is not as intuitive since color can change with lighting but size can't
also "big cat" is an actual term so that's another thing
