It's going to be like this forever. Sex sells. Appearance is everything. Beauty always wins. It's the ultimate advantage in this society that can make or break a dream. So. I don't like working people with uncontrolled anxiety. A darker part of me was getting sick of her pushing extra work onto me because she has "panic attacks" and is "easily stressed out", and I wanted to ask her "why are you even here?" Because YEAH I GET THAT SHE NEEDS MONEY, however, she does less work than I do. I don't let my mental crap get in the way at work, I don't go off and hide or find the easiest, least stressful thing to do, and avoid the #1 point of my job. I don't call off because I'm having a depressive episode and make other people cover for me by themselves.

I can't see it in its full force though, in its true form, because there is one thing bothering me above all other things, and that it's that a girl with anxiety and a lack of self-motivation makes the same money as me, doing less, because of mental issues that are outside of her control. She does 30% of the job, I do the other 70%. This is dumb.I can't say anything or address it or anything because its rude and unfair, so I'm stuck either letting her leave a large amount of shit unchecked, customers wondering why we only have one worker instead of two, and leading to me coming home a little more tired every day.
