Learned typing to cap the intel is one of the best ways to break stalemates, because people wanting to put you in your place and Schadenfreude you will free up the balcony long enough to let your team build outside on the bridge.
The most noble purpose of CTF maps is to go scout from the beginning and try to get in and out with the intel before the other team can build their sentry.
It was always best to do that with Doublecross. You could get there and back in half a minute flat if you knew what you were doing.
Team Scout would hop in, steal the intel and harass engies who's shit isn't up yet (that map having lots of wide space is a major plus for this) and then chainsteal the intel.
However a Gunsling engie in the sewer is a pain in the ass.
my problem is that if i spend thousands more dollars i can get a shittier apartment but never have to talk to anybody, and because i'm a horrible fuck this is a real question in my head

My laptop in its "tablet" configuration is pretty cool, but it's difficult to type because the 15" screen is too big for my thumbs in landscape mode.
yeah it's something like $900-$1100 for a fairly tiny studio versus $600-$800 for a nice room in a townhouse or the like, in almost the same part of the city
