  For me, it, like, comes naturally. I'll be in some situation I'm unhappy with and I'll just say "fuck it, I'm a princess, I don't have to put up with this." I don't even have to be consciously aware I'm dreaming, I can just enable Omnipotence Mode at will.

  Transient.

  Very often for me, usually it'll start as an uncontrollable dream, after a while if nothing wakes me up first there's a ~50/50 chance it becomes a lucid dream and I can do whatever.
  
  I heard it's possible to train yourself to have lucid dreams often.

  Usually when I vividly remember a dream I write it down because I'd like to lucid dream but last night I had a dream about a friend (who I worry about a lot) mixing codeine and cocaine and stumbling into my apartment looking really beat up and that got to me a LOT
