The "U" in "UNIVERSAL" passes so close to the camera that I almost expect it to hit me.
This may be the most reprehensible, appalling 3:45 seconds in music. It leaps from Refuge in Audacity and Refuge in Vulgarity into some reality-rending void of decency.I'm impressed.

Signals are always non-functioning right after they're installed, but they're required to be covered or turned away from traffic during that time. (It's hard to tell here, but those do seem to be covered up.)

Speaking of, the new Universal logo: I'm mixed about this one. The text being curvy looks a little weird to me but it fits the look of the new globe. The "100th Aniversary" isn't as irritating as Paramount's and it doesn't seem shoehorned in, even though we all know it'll be gone by this time next year.
But that globe, man. DAT GLOBE.
As for it being "A Comcast Company", I'd have preferred if they'd stuck with the NBCU name (it's got a much better brand perception, at least to me) but eh, it's Comcast.

At first I thought it was broken, but there are stop signs on the ramp so it's just a new signal that (at the time) hadn't gone into operation yet.
Also I don't remember that signal being non-functioning.
