  My life seems to have a fixation on alligators recently. Not only are they in my username, but they're also the subject of a journal article I'm presenting on in class at the end of the month, and the Mardi Gras beads I got this year have gator-shaped beads. These beads are pretty cool, actually.

  Just posting to say...thanks, I guess. I know I don't really interact with a lot of you, but I'm thanking you guys for keeping this place pleasant. Seeing that I've pretty much abandoned the original Trash Heap due to a lack of emotional connection, this place is one of the few spots on the internet that feel like home to me.

  I find it interesting (also embarrassing) that I originally started watching the show so I could be all like "LOOK AT ME I'M A GROWN MAN WHO LIKES MY LITTLE PONY" but then I ended up legitimately enjoying the show.
