You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
You know what's odd? The UPS guy actually stood at the door and handed the package to my sister, instead of just ringing the doorbell and leaving it on the porch like they usually do.
@triplepost_squid: nice, I almost made that my wallpaper too but I like Celestial Mantle too much. :o And no, not really. You get to meet all your online friends and you all have superpowers, what more could one want? (And I've been wondering that about the alpha/beta thing too--I guess the Batterwitch being behind it pushed it back until 3x3prong day for some reason)
Remember back in the 50s when they'd record like Elvis singing YOU AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A HOUND DOG and then they'd turn the record over and reverse it and it was all NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP and people were all like, "That is actually the voice of Satan coming from that song."
Well, it looks like I might not be able to do that Liveblog I was planning. I forgot that the only computer I have that actually has the game I wanted to play isn't hooked up at the moment. I could resort to emulators, but that might be frowned upon.
Sorry, guys. I know it probably looks like I don't keep up with my plans very well. I just figured I should give a reason for this instead of just saying something and then never getting around to doing it.

Hey squid, if you have Stylish for Firefox or Chrome, you can add this as a stylesheet and it will give you a fixed gradient background:

@Superglobe: Well, I didn't test it in Opera, because I don't have my Opera set up for user stylesheets yet.
I do know that the gradient thing is still somewhat browser-specific (that's why there's a line for "webkit" and one for "moz") so I don't know if it would work.

Congratulations on your school stuff today, Idler. I definitely know that feeling of being tired after finishing a lot of important tests.
So, it's official: Tre isn't the only narrator of my book anymore.
I'm making the POV switch on an act by act basis, sort of like Homestuck but not as frantically. And it works well for the stories too, since switching the POV lets me give everyone a bit more characterization, and not just use Tre's perception of everyone like I hoped to.
Also, it'll let me actually write the relationships not Tre-related, like Allie and Grassy or Max and Mal.
If Firestorm Phoenix would die, return Firestorm Phoenix to its owner's hand instead. Until that player's next turn, that player plays with that card revealed in his or her hand and can't play it.
Wow that is some clunky and generally terrible design.

I Dislike Pinky Pie with a Passion. She is exactly the kind of pony I avoid in real life. She is loud, obnoxious, annoying and way to happy, and pink.
See, what I'm getting from this is that this guy avoids certain ponies in real life.
"Way too happy" is a bad thing? I guess it can be annoying if someone just died or something, but she lives in a pastel-colored cuteopia, what's not to be happy about.

And I want to know now.
By who?
I don't think most of us are judgmental like that.
do eet
what if you're using Opera?
Are you SOL?
I had a really frenetic day is all, I think.

I'm too tired to do anything.

@squid: I want that background.
SO TEAL/GREEN
Well, actual ponies can indeed be obnoxious, annoying, and way too happy.
Not sure about "pink" though.
I am cool with RL ponies.
My grandmother used to own a retired racehorse named The Ramblin' Rose, and a pony named Little Bit.
