You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
there was definitely a time, not very long ago, when i thought fedoras looked cool
i would have seen nothing wrong with combining them with casual clothing, besides the risk of being made fun of due to the association they had with hipsters at the time

There really *isn't* anything wrong with fedoras, they're just associated with an unpleasant group of people.
(also what are generally called fedoras are actually not fedoras, but this is a matter for someone who cares about the distinctions between very similar kinds of hats)

as far as i can tell, most fashion 'don't's that people will get heated or judgemental about only exist by convention
this is true, but I think with fedoras it's far less because they "look bad" by some nebulous standard of good fashion and more that they are associated with annoying dudebros.
real talk i have never had a good pizza hut experience
or dominos for that matter
man what the heck
the food has been lousy for the money and the service has been terrible
like seriously if you're gonna order out for pizza throw down the five extra bucks or so and go somewhere decent.
man you are strange
where I live you either order your pizza from Pizza Hut or Tony's (or if you hate yourself, Palmerton Pizza). Tony's is fine, and when I want to go to a pizza place in person I generally go there as it is within walking distance. However, Tony's does not have garlic butter.
I do that too. Cook for myself even though I don't cook well, because eating out is just way too expensive. Great-tasting food will give me pleasure for only about half an hour anyway, so I just focus on making sure I get the right nutrients, and then throw on flavor from whatever random ingredients I have lying around.
When I do eat out I try to spend less than $7 on a meal, if possible. About $5 for a meal is ideal.
Remember back in the 50s when they'd record like Elvis singing YOU AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A HOUND DOG and then they'd turn the record over and reverse it and it was all NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP and people were all like, "That is actually the voice of Satan coming from that song."
I literally cannot cook anything. So when I move out that'll be fun.
Haha, same here. I just realized I needed to get stuff fully cooked and get the requisite nutrition. So here's what I do: 1. put water in pot 2. add some amount of veggies (when using frozen veggies, about 1/3 to 1/2 pound), bring to a boil 3. add 1/4 to 1/3 pound of pasta (quick-cook pastas like angel hair are best), stir and bring back to a boil and cook until done 4. serve with protein source. for example, add slices of kielbasa, or top with cheese, or put a can's worth of tuna at the bottom. 5. season to taste. sour cream, bacon bits, salt, pepper, cheese, tomato sauce, salsa, guac, potato chips, croutons, your choice.
seriously though Palmerton Pizza is terrible they put yellow american cheese in their "mozzarella" sticks.
(stomach churns)
Why?
Presumably because it is cheaper and the grocery store directly across the street from them (where one must assume they buy their ingredients) does not normally stock mozzarella.

I could follow these instructions to a T and still find some way to make this dish inedible.

the thing is if you eat out for that cheap you are still spending more than you need to and you aren't getting food that is much better than what you can make yourself
so it makes more sense to eat out way less often, but spend more when you eat out so you actually get something really good.
like, which is better: 5 meals at mcdonalds or 1 really good pizza?

i can't cook so i mostly live off tinned food and ready meals
also i keep a lot of rice and pasta around the house because you can add that to any food item and tbe result resembles a meal
you can make a decent imitation pizza by spreading tomato puree on a slice of bread, putting cheese and whatever topping you want on top and putting it in the oven

i loved pizza hut when i was a kid but that's because of the unlimited ice cream thing they used to do

I can eat an entire medium pizza by myself. Presumably because it is cheaper and the grocery store directly across the street from them (where one must assume they buy their ingredients) does not normally stock mozzarella.
Yes I'm aware that makes me a stupid person or w/e.
