  I admit one of the reasons I try to keep my "disturbing" traits on the down-low (and encourage CA to do the same) is because I used to worry about their notice (though I've probably been quoted there, I've said a bunch of stupid things in my time). Not like they'd do anything to me, I don't think, so maybe I worry too much.

  For some reason it's interesting to me that people liked it when AU and I dominated the Trash Heap with our obsessions.

  ...and now it occurs to me that the difference between the Trash Heap and #yackfest is that someone not interested in the current topic of a forum thread can easily post elsewhere in the forum, whereas dominating an IRC channel with obsessions pretty much blocks out all other topics.

  Heapers is the only place i feel safe discussing touching moment about my life....because you guys don't take it as seriously and to-heart as others.
  
  #yackfest is filld with people who don't like you or anonus, don't take it too seriously. The weight behind their words was unexistant when they were throwing a lurker shitfit about your guy's discussion.

  SA is a forum. Just because it costs money to post there doesn't mean that they have a say in what I post and believe, or that their word is important to the manner in which I derp.

  To clarify, I used to, back when people didn't shut up about them.
  
  I'm ordinarily neutral on them, and in fact I got kind of agitated when people didn't shut up about them because it seemed like people were looking for a substitute ED when that place receded into the background.

  I honestly have no real opinion on the site on its own. Just in relation to TVTropes. Now, there are some specific goons that I genuinely dislike, but for other reasons, and we're not going to go into that.

  Eh, I don't talk too much on #yackfest that much, but I'm still logged on. It's a good place to jump onto if I feel bored and I also get to log on the crazy shit like Nyktos getting drunk and forgetting how to type.

  what? Bullshit. CA and AU are and always have been more than welcome in our channel and I've seen nobody speak badly of them. They sometimes are asked to slow down on the Tv/Typography/etc chatter, though, but we ask Tzetze and ponicalica to stop talking about programming sometimes and they ask me and Zudak to change topics every once in a while. It's not intended as an offense or whatever.

  It's annoying when people won't shut up about anything. The only exception I've found thus far would you be and CA with the stuff you're interested in but that doesn't count because you're not doing it in an obnoxious way and it's just part of who you are.

  The only times I've actually felt unwelcome in #yackfest are when HederaHelix starts bitching at me for talking about things that "nobody cares" about. 'Cause y'know, nobody else in the channel EVER talks about things most of the channels isn't interested int!
