I enjoyed both of the of the Force Unleashed games. Dunno why they're so harshly criticized.
The game that I love the most with action/RPG (and ruined the entire genre for me because nothing will ever top it) is Odin Sphere. This game is how you fucking write a moving story, holy shit. The impact of the ending of that game stuck with me for such a long time that it makes me not want to pick it up and play it ever again.

I've played a bit of the First Force Unleashed game. It's pretty fun. I look forward to playing more.
One issue I have not with the game itself so much, but just with the story, is that it's set in the time period between Episode 1 and 6, so there's pretty much no chance the events in the game will have any real effect on the universe. There was a time where this wasn't the case. Kyle Katarn (Dark Forces series) not only had had an impact on the movies (albeit in a way where he wasn't mentioned), he became an important part of the Extended Universe.
Sadly, that Starship has long launched.
I need to play Odin Sphere, I've heard nothing but good things about it.

There's probably a few Transformers games I need to get.
Maybe when Friday takes Lain to visit her family in Saudi Arabia for a few weeks free time will be a thing that I don't have to scratch and claw for and I can load it up.
Remember back in the 50s when they'd record like Elvis singing YOU AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A HOUND DOG and then they'd turn the record over and reverse it and it was all NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP and people were all like, "That is actually the voice of Satan coming from that song."
That's the second time I've seen a Japanese game that features a Pomeranian. One of the major characters in Ghost Trick was one.

^Ah. That helps a little bit.
Anyhow, I have an important question for Imi (or Frosty, since they've already managed to get past this part) because I don't know how to Mario.
In "A Watery Grave," there's a black switch that raises the water level for a few seconds so you can swim over to the blue switch and unlock the next area. I can never jump out of the water in time. Any helpful hints you can offer? Is there a certain rhythm I should be swimming in?

Thanks. That should help once I figure out how to pull it off properly. Curse you, clumsy hand-eye coordination!
By the way, this is kind of a lousy question to ask, but am I supposed to be going for the left ledge or the right ledge? I tried both and had about the same success.
Man, Life Force was one of those games I wanted to play as a kid but for some reason never did.
When I'm in Japan, I intend to raid Akihabara and hunt down both Gradius and Salamander (Life Force) for the PC-Engine. They're the best home conversions.

if you hold down the run button you can swim faster.
...Ohhhh. Derp.
Anyhow, I'm pleasantly surprised to see that I'm not the only one who likes Poison of Snake. I much prefer the faster-tempo versions to the occasional slower versions, though.

Only Poison Mind (Castlevania) comes close to Poison of Snake when it comes to the most legendary boss music. Same composer, too (who likes poison apparently)

The SCPs that are in the SCP games include STAIRS UNTIL YOU PISS
I've ordered Silent Hill: Downpour for Eid. Really looking forward to playing it as I hear it sets itself apart from its predecessors but manages to keep in theme.
I shall balance the horror of said game with FFIV on my PSP for much needed world saving/friend making.
In other news, Silent Hill: Revelations is out in the cinema, though I fear for it's quality due to the 7% rotten rating on RT. Still I think I'll go see it if just to see the conclusion to the first movie, as far as I can tell from the trailer there are a lot of aspects from the third game in it.

Yes. It is worth the money.
I will leave it to your own discretion whether or not the Dinobot and Insecticon Multiplayer packs are also worth your money.
Related: will you be getting the PS3 version or the 360 version? Cuz you should add me if the latter.

Exalted
Carry out the mission carefully
You can play as a pomeranian. A game after my own heart
Now I have a question: what is the most epic boss fight music ever?

Man, I played the crap out of that game when I was younger.
And forever will the name "Sinspawn Gui" be etched in the dark corners of my mind.
Man, Life Force was one of those games I wanted to play as a kid but for some reason never did.
I made another video! Of a spooooooooooooooky game!
No, I don't know why my videos are always smaller than the youtube screen. I'll try to get that fixed if I keep doing this.
That no one has ever done anything with the Song of Genesis is incredibly disappointing to me.
Granted, in-universe it's been destroyed, but still.
Sorry about that.
I actually finish this game!
Yeah, Dimentio, no one likes the icky stuff...you can tell he's lying if you know the game's plot
Play this, now. Stick with it until you get the dragon.
