You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
On that note, Deadpool, too. (In before "too obvious.")
Also, basically anyone that appeared in Grant Morrison's run of Doom Patrol. At all. (Two of which have already been mentioned by Lazuli and myself respectively.)

Other favorites:
A fair amount of the Teen Titans from the DCAU, Robin, Starfire, and Raven.
A few of the X-Men and related peeps: Cyclops (90s "I'm basically a Captain America that shoots lasers our of his eyes, not angsty Cyclops), Bishop, Strong Guy, Wolfsbane, Gambit.
Constantine probably doesn't count, but he still manages to scare the bejesus out of a great deal of the DCU Villains.
Well, I'll probably say him, since he's considered a hero by canon status. I also like Spider-Man (well, when he's not whiny) and Batman is pretty cool.
As for obscure heroes I guess I could mention Shadowhawk but it's been forever since I read any of my dad's comics with him in them. They were really good though, I remember binging the whole original series in one night.
Man is a most complex simple creature: see what he weaves, and how base his reasons for doing so.
Well I'm a huge fan of the Kamen Rider thing as well as Super Sentai (localized in America as Power Rangers), but not as much as the former.
Did you know that a lot of Super Sentai/Power Ranger conventions come from Stan Lee's Spider-Man himself? The spotlight, the posing and the introductions...not to mention all the stuff that came from the Japanese Spider-Man show.

Ah. I know little about that kind of thing. Can't really comment.

Oh yeah, also, The Tick!
On that note, The Big Guy.
Also Hellboy.
I guess I'm playing pretty loose with the concept of "Super Hero", but I've listed only characters that have appeared in comics and do tend to beat up bad-guys.
So after some wiki-walking, I found out about x-23. Wolverine's genderflippedclonethingie.
X-23's first encounter with Spiderman Spiderman: Wolverine, Good Lord! What did they DO to you? Odds are that an ordinary babysitting jobs would be something she could figure out. Her first one is not ordinary. Laura: You want to use a nuclear bomb... to travel in time. Valeria Richards: It's only five hundred kilotons. Laura's first day in School in the "Target X" miniseries. She gets sent to the principal's office twice with her guide, her cousin Megan. First, she's asked if she speaks french, and when she's asked to give an example of her french language skill, she proceeds to go into detailed assassination protocols. Megan: "What the hell did you say?!" Then, in Biology, after correcting a teacher on how many pints of blood are in a human (5.6, he said 7), she's asked to if she has anything else to add for that class. Cue practical instruction on use of poisons. Finally, when visiting the principal's office for the second offense, the Principal yells at the pair and asks them if they are even listening. Laura proceeds to repeat what the principal said to them. Exactly. Complete with vocal intonations and inflections.
Does this girl have her own series? She's amazing.
I have acquired an archive of Grant Morrisson's run on Doom Patrol, however, it's incomplete (it begins with issue 20) but I know a bit about the Patrol so I figure I'll be okay. First thing I see upon getting past the cover? A character identified as Father McGarry, walking through a junkyard and the matter-of-fact caption "it begaan to rain fish"
Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E. fills my heart with joy. Silliest comic ever and yet it's so wonderful.
I also like Powergirl. Despite the fact she get discredited as "another stupid big boobed herione" I have a soft spot for her because I've always felt at her best written she is a pretty fun character who's more than that.
Also, I must say some animated adaptation because I can't help it. The 90s versions of Spiderman and X-men and the newest avengers cartoon.
Comments
I like The PPG well enough.
I don't have a singular favorite, but here are some of mine (I will elaborate on why if asked)

AMBUSH BUG IS WATCHING YOU REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAD
also Snowfire is up there as a favorite super powered individual of no particular alignment.
COCAINE IS MY GOD
Thomas Pynchon seems to like Plastic Man, so I guess I'll put in a vote for him
I actually don't like Deadpool. I mean, I don't dislike him, but he does not strike me as funny.
Honestly there are few Marvel characters I really like. 'Cept maybe Squirrel Girl.
Doom Patrol is awesome in every adaption of them I've seen.
Which is like....three, but whatever.
Not necessarily.
But I'm totally unfamiliar with pretty much every foreign hero. Not sure about anyone else here.

Power Rangers and the like is on the list of "things I was not allowed to watch as a child". I never got around to it later in life.
My little brothers watch them, tho'
Edward Collins?

No.
There is simply not such thing as good cosplay.
I don't understand why it's such a popular pastime. It's like Halloween but worse.

Last one's not showing up.
I am not saying the outfits are bad in a fashion sense, but...beh. Nevermind.

Did you know you can just buy t-shirts like that? With the cleavage window?
My ex-girlfriend used to wear them. Hilariously, because she had no boobs to speak of.
