Denver Union Station, because my last trip to Anonus was very special to me

I actually posted that remark before I decided to look at the icons in detail, lol
One of the main reasons I made this thread is that I'm nosy and like to look at what people have on their computers

Centie and DYRE prompted me to internally reflect and focus on what my background was, and iiiiiiit is kind of obviously old if you have been following my anime viewing like at all. Lighting is because night mode. Don't recall the source offhand, unfortunately, but I do love always seeing Tsukihibirb.

Why did it take me this long to think of using this picture as my wallpaper?

When I showed that to Cerise, she was like "no, no, you need a version that actually fits the screen!" so here I am again.

And I just realized I misnamed those screenshot files, sort of. Tedd is the name of my desktop computer, not my phone, though both feature the character Tedd Verres on the wallpaper.
And I finally got around to doing a proper conversion of the (fully-clothed) girly Tedd background to Windows 3.1's default 16-color palette, so here's my Windows 3.1 desktop and an additional screenshot showing different elements of the customized color scheme.
Note, a CRT monitor from the 90s would probably make the result of that dithering darker than it should be, (much like when your browser displays the images at less than native size and doesn't take nonlinearity into account in the scaling process), but I'm not running this with a CRT monitor. (I'm tempted to try to figure out if I can do something like ClearType in 16 colors…)

I can't remember exactly where I found this (I think it's a variant cover from the comic series), but I love it.
The fact that one of them is blatantly a lightsaber is My Favorite Thing.

(also technically my wallpaper is Muzei set to rotate between all those pictures I left myself a note about in my thread earlier)
Mine, on the other hand...
I basically never look at my desktop so all the icons don't bother me but lol.
because of laziness, not any other reason though
Both presented at 60dpi to show comparative size
The most glorious image I've ever produced.
