I haven't done much customizing yet, but I did sideload the Play Store and install a few Google apps.
The wallpaper is a photo of I-75 in Kentucky from my family's July 2011 road trip.
I am too lazy to find downloaded pictures or music within the relevant folders for the most part, so I just dump them on the desktop until I no longer need 'em.

Clean desktops are overrated (for me). There's something nice about seeing my downloads line up nicely with my wallpaper, or have there own unity, or... just looking nice.
