I want to watch magic-related videos
But I don't even know where to look for such things
I remember thinking those were so cool at one point. But if I remember correctly, they were not really any better made than the zillion World's Wildest specials...

I've seen all of the Magic's Biggest Secrets already...but I crave STUPID MAGIC TRICKS

You sacrifice Vish Kal to himself, he comes back with a +1/+1 counter, you remove it to give something -1/-1 and sacrifice Vish Kal to himself again, so he comes back with a +1/+1 counter again, which you can remove and so on until everything you don't like is dead.

I should have inb4'd you, but I think every other time it's come up lately I've posted it first, so it was probably time to just let you have that one.

I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
I want to design an identity for something, and I'm wanting Neutraface (or No. 2, which is probably more useful given its lack of low crossbars and the high one on the B).

Doctor Who reference in Pokemon B2W2? Headcanon accepted.
Penn and Teller have told people, many times, exactly how they pull off a trick whenever asked. Whenever that goes down, they honestly explain the illusion and they say that every time they do that, the fan of theirs that asks is all, "... really? That's it?" like it's a huge letdown
So when it comes to stage magic and how it's performed, I think it's one of the few things where it's perfectly okay to be completely ignorant about. That and making sausage
Remember back in the 50s when they'd record like Elvis singing YOU AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A HOUND DOG and then they'd turn the record over and reverse it and it was all NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP and people were all like, "That is actually the voice of Satan coming from that song."
There are times when I get worried that everyone will think the things I'm interested in are boring.
I look through discussions on here of things I'm not as interested in sometimes, even if I don't participate in them. It's surprisingly rewarding.
"Junior Dad" and "Brandenburg Gate" from Lulu are good. They're the only two songs with actual melodies, and where both Metallica and Reed care or even notice that the other exists.
so, of the three normal tracks on the Gypsyhook EP by Skrillex (well, he was Sonny at that point), I'd say I like "Copaface2" the best, though all three aren't bad
personally I prefer the way Sonny sings later on in "Summit" but that's understandable because this was like in 2009 before Skrillex became a thing
also, holy crap, the song "Gypsyhook" is catchy as all hell

Oh, last night while coming home I saw the latest Madagascar movie playing at the drive-in. Also, I found out we have a drive-in, and they're playing The Avengers.
Tiny Toon Adventures was an attempt to revitalise an old franchise that had been neglected for a while by hiring a new and innovative showrunner to handle things. The show ended up attracting a sizable, if somewhat quiet, adult audience, and its successor Animaniacs was popular enough on Usenet to convince the producers to.hold an open house for the fans.
Likewise, Friendship is Magic was also.an attempt to revitalise an old franchise by bringing in new blood, but this time, it was a huge hit in all demos right from the start.
Also, odd confession time: Scrappy-Doo was one of my heroes when I was little. That and I can't really hate him even now, since it turns out Mark Evanier created him.

Nope, sorry, I'm afraid you're wrong. Scrappy Doo is entirely hateable and it's your duty to start hating him. Right now.
Come on, let's see that hatred.
