To be fair, that was one of Gaston's lines, so it was pretty clearly presented as a shallow and worthless way of thinking.
As a kid I found it odd that the nerdy outcast girl was apparently one of the prettiest people in town, because it goes against the stereotype that beautiful always equals popular. I guess it just goes to show how ingrained stereotypes like that one are in my mind. :(

See, the numbers never seemed to add up, to me. If every dish or plate or spoon we see is actually a cursed human, then the prince had far too many servants to even fit comfortably in the place.
The only thing I could come up with is that only some of the items are cursed people, and the rest are just normal household items that were enchanted to...sing and dance? I dunno.

It's weird. People are always telling me I overthink things, but they don't seem to understand that I don't have to put in effort to do so. It's just how my mind works pretty much by default: if something's worth thinking about, it's worth over-examining.

His "Fur Elise" piece totally rips off "And Dream of Sheep" and his 7th Symphony is a cheap imitation of "Violin" except the crafty prick changed the tempo and structure in order to destroy any evidence that he is a fraud. Beethoven, you stole a whole legacy of music history from Kate, now we will expose you, your thievery and the horrible corruptions of Kate's music you have unleashed unto the world.
