You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
It's bizarre, somehow last summer doesn't feel like all that long ago but last fall does.
Things I've done since September:
started attending school regularly again
got a driver's license
finally figured out my gender identity
came out as transgender to my family
became AU's girlfriend
had first job interview
helped take care of mother after she broke her ankle
started driving around at night on days off
helped mother make plans to move
Seriously, I feel like I've accomplished more in the past year or so than any other year I can remember...

These signs always amused me:
Basically, the signs were made with the downward-pointing arrows horizontally centered...but when they were installed, they turned out to be too wide for the lanes, so they were hastily patched with the off-center arrows you see here.
(The patches are more apparently in real life, as well--on the exit 100B sign, there is a small square covering the arrow that would have been there.)
Oh yeah, and I heard that damn Comcast commercial on the radio again on the way home. As I expected, the couple in it did indeed leave FiOS because COMCAST HAS MORE ON-DEMAND.
Just...who CARES, Comcast? I certainly don't. I have a DVR! I hardly ever use the on-demand anyway!
Squid: you might want to ask that in Announcements or FAQs, so it won't get lost. (Why we don't have a general suggestions thread is beyond me; I should see if one exists.)
When you find a good cool band that put out a free album, give it 2 or 3 listens, then you find out that that puts you in their top listeners on last.fm
I only put out my albums for free because I object to the idea of selling art at all. But let's not get into that one.
I might switch to a pay-what-you-like system at some point so people can donate if they are so inclined. But I don't know if the five bucks I'd likely get would even be worth the trouble.
Jenna pretends to be an anentropic zombie trapped in an invisible box. “Look! I’m inside an invisible box! It’s a sealed system, so the order constantly increases. That’s my noncompliance with the principle of entropy at work!”
Jenna ignores him and pretends to be an anentropic zombie struggling against the wind. “Oh no! Bits of fashionable clothing are blowing onto me from all over and replacing my dreary cerements! But my umbrella—it’s inverted!”
“I want to exist,” Jenna says. “I want to be me. When I heard that I was dead, that was all I could think. I’m not done being me. I like myself. I’m cool. So I dragged myself back from the grave.”

You know, when I made the "Report Bugs" thread I almost considered having it double as a suggestion thread, but I didn't want to overwhelm Lee with requests to tweak everything.

The prospect of summer scares me.
I don't think I got good grades.
I get out on the eighteenth.
We haven't decided on dinner yet, but I'm tempted to have bread and butter in the meantime.

3. God was already in everything, but that’s different."
Okay that line in Spainy's link was priceless.
oh, no one important.

No it's fine.

It does exist!
Also, I would certainly consider donating a little to artists whose music I like.
