Man I'm honestly just kinda surprised that this is controversial at all? Like it's not like I'm prejudiced against furries or kinksters or anything I'm just of the opinion that you shouldn't do weird vaguely kinky stuff in public unless it's a space EXPLICITLY for that kind of thing
I didn't think it had abusive undertones either, I'm just saying that- as a victim of sexual abuse- I think you're edging on territory where it can make other victims uncomfortable
Like can't that be enough? That I'm a victim of sexual abuse and I'm uncomfortable and I know other victims of abuse who are uncomfortable? Because I can't exactly give a point by point replay because I wasn't comfortable fucking watching it and frankly I don't know one way or the other if anyone was getting off.
I am not invalidating your discomfort. I am simply saying that maybe your personal discomfort with something that struck a nerve for very personal reasons—and really horrible ones—isn't exactly the best place to approach this issue from as it applies to others.
Consider it like this: Do underdressed cosplayers or flamboyant crossdressing folks warrant that kind of response? What about people who are just wearing a lot of tight leather and latex? So long as it doesn't verge into the exhibitionistic or confrontational, I feel like some degree of sexually-tinged quirkiness is to be expected in that environment.
It is very hard to convey what I am trying to convey, because in my head it is very nuanced and has a lot of facets and when I type it my frustration and physical exhaustion flattens the edges and I can't say what I really want to say in a way that sounds right.

It's a matter of it being an interaction between two people. It's a particularly extreme form PDA
I feel bad about wielding my own personal experience like that but man I'm just kinda sick of being talked over and told I'm being judgemental.
People cosplay in pairs or groups and do much weirder stuff on a fairly regular basis. But even setting that aside, while I get being weirded out by something or even outright triggered, that doesn't mean that people shouldn't be allowed to do it or can't, y'know, have a different view on it. How people express mutual affection or interpersonal relationships in a public sphere isn't really your place or mine, it's theirs. I can find it weird or awkward, sure, but I also think making out in public is kind of gross.
The manga follows Machi, a middle school student who serves as a shrine maiden at a Shinto shrine and takes care of a bear, who lives on mountain in Japan's northern Tohoku region. The bear, Natsu, has the ability to talk and is Machi's guardian. When Machi explains to Natsu that she will attend a school in the city, he gives Machi a set of trials that she must pass in order to be able to survive city life.
You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
I keep forgetting that "Drumsticks" are an entirely different kind of sweet for Brits than they are in America.

I wasn't able to edit the post to fix it until now because I was in the subway.

Sending someone a bag of Skips just seems a bit mean really. Well, it had Drumsticks in, so.
Skips are kinda flower shaped prawn cocktail crisps? They're fizzy.

In my current Sims 3 story, my Sim married Gunther Goth (though he is now Gunther Bindiver), and they have two children, soon to be three.
The eldest is called Catherine, after Catherine Earnshaw from "Wuthering Heights".
The middle child is called Johnathan, after Johnathan Harker from "Dracula".
The youngest... I don't know yet.
