That's... not a stereotype I've ever heard of.

Bisexual as mentally or emotionally unstable individual, sometimes dangerous or sociopathic? That's an unsettlingly common one. I mean, I don't know to what degree this hypothetical instance would avoid it by, say, realistically and sympathetically portraying mental illness and establishing it as generally separate from the character's sexuality, but it's up there with the crazy lesbian so far as "common implicitly homophobic/biphobic tropes" go.
