Like come on if you've hurt someone's feelings it shouldn't matter whether you still think you're right. You should still apologize.
Personally speaking, I don’t like how Myr is blind to how saying stuff like “enjoy your alternate universe gas chambers” hurts people and then gets bummed out at mild criticisms of him.
I don't think he has to like George Carlin or Bill Hicks or anyone he dislikes, but that doesn't have to do with my complaint.

I don't think he's blind to it, he's just often can't tell the difference between unreasonable and reasonable criticisms heaped on him so he says those kinds of things anyway.
The Hero's Journey was fresh and new in 1977, but come on, I'm pushing 40 now and they won't knock it off with the irrelevant origin stories. It's like studio heads always assume empty-headed 13-year-olds are the only audience.
You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022

But she forgot to give me the key so I could still read them :|
The point about indie filmmakers getting stupidly large budgets has a point, if only because the current rule of sinking hundreds of millions into every film no matter what is probably not good for the industry.
Seriously, are we at the point where we can't trust the audience to care if you can't see every pore on the actor's face?
I like Brad Bird, and after witnessing the disparity between the reaction to and the actual quality of John Carter, I don't trust conventional critics on this one.

Hollywood is giving money based on talent rather than money-making algorithims. Don't they know that we, the loyal content consumers, want as much familiar content as possible?

I like the Alot comic.
And George Carlin in his less preachy modes. Although I do not mind so much when he is preachy, either.
Please do not be sad, Odradek. You do not have to like George Carlin, for one thing.

I've had so many of 'em stuck in me it doesn't faze me at all, personally.
But no one is with me. And it's somewhere I don't know how to get to.
If I had woken up earlier, I could walk it using Google maps. But my knee is fucked and it's a nearly 40 minute walk.
Excellent, half an hour for me to freak the fuck out.
And they do the blood testing in groups. What larks.
