But in the world, at one time men shun death as the greatest of all evils, and at another time choose it as a respite from the evils in life. The wise man does not deprecate life nor does he fear the cessation of life. The thought of life is no offense to him, nor is the cessation of life regarded as an evil. And even as men choose of food not merely and simply the larger portion, but the more pleasant, so the wise seek to enjoy the time which is most pleasant and not merely that which is longest. And he who admonishes the young to live well and the old to make a good end speaks foolishly, not merely because of the desirability of life, but because the same exercise at once teaches to live well and to die well. Much worse is he who says that it were good not to be born, but when once one is born to pass quickly through the gates of Hades. For if he truly believes this, why does he not depart from life? It would be easy for him to do so once he were firmly convinced. If he speaks only in jest, his words are foolishness as those who hear him do not believe.-Epicurus, Letter to Menoeceus
I heard that Glenn Beck is actually not that bapfffffffft okay I can't do this.
Rush Limbaugh is an artificial life form (this explains his voice). He was created without the ability to feel any emotion other than thing-stuck-in-craw. Without a soul, he has no goodwill towards men or any restraining conscience to tell him to stop saying terrible and wrong things. I think he was told by the leaders of the republican party that if he blows enough hot air and bile over the radio, he will become a real boy.
Shaun Hannity was actually born in the thirties and was in the fifties when he accidentally got teleported and age-displaced to whatever-age-he-is and 2015. His feeling of loss at losing his entire world and being trapped here manifests as his hating everything and always talking about how much better things used to be and how America has lost her values.

"Oh boy. Free will. Anytime that subject gets raised, people immediately start talking about randomness and determinism with out stopping think about what exactly the will is and what it would mean for it to be free. No need to make sure we are talking about meaningful, well developed concepts before we argue about whether they exist or not."
