THat's what he says he's doing in his texts.

They have two-layer busses in Scotland! With staircases! How brilliant and bonkers is that! Also he says that he's going to see a castle tomorrow.
They had one of those in the third Harry Potter book, and for a while I thought it was a silly fantasy invention.

for some reason I'm thinking of Precia Testarossa's base from Nanoha and imagining that containing a mall

The Mall at the Garden of Time

for some reason i'm thinking of the name "Infinity Garden Mall"

Time is Imipolex's wife, we know that.

Imipolex sometimes loves time, sometimes hates time.

I would have like to see how that wedding happened.

A weird bit of Engrish that's burned into my head:

In some Sun-era versions of OpenOffice, the recovery wizard that popped up after a crash led with the sentence "OpenOffice.org 2.0 starts now to recovers [sic] your documents."

Eventually they fixed this, sometime before the Oracle schism and the transition to LibreOffice, but for some reason I find that mistake oddly memorable

for some reason I find the phrase "kaksoispiste de de de de de" etc. very amusing

it literally means "colon [as in the symbol ":"] dee [as in the letter "D"] dee dee dee" and thus it is essentially a character-by-character reading of ":DDDDD", in Finnish (Suomi)

it is frequently associated with the Spurdo Sparde meme

Strange things that I find while randomly searching pastebin:

Bless my soul! Cirno's on a roll!
Strongest fairy in every Genso poll
What a pro - Cirno could stop a show
Point her at a Youkai and you're talking a T.K.O!

She was a no one - A zero, zero!
    Now she's a hot shot - She's a Cirno!
Here was a kid with her act down pat
From zero to Cirno - In no time flat
Zero to Cirno - Just like that!

When she smiled the guys went wild
    With oohhhs and aahhhs
And Aya slapped her face on every page
    On every PAHGE

    From appearance fees and royalties
Our fairy had cash to burn
    Now nouveau riche and famous
She could tell you what's a Danmaku!

Say amen - There she goes again!
Sweet and undefeated and an awesome 9 for 9!
Folks lined up just to watch her flex
And her perfect package packed a pair of pretty pecs!

Cirno, she comes, she sees, she conquers
Honey, the crowds were going bonkers!
She showed them moxie, brains and spunk!
From zero to Cirno - A major hunk!
Zero to Cirno - And who'da thunk?

Who put the danmaku in danmakufu?
    Cirno!
Whose daring feats are great the-a-ter?
    Cirno!
Is she bold? No one braver!
Is she sweet? Our favorite flavor!
    Cirno, Cirno!
    My Waifu!

Bless my soul, Cirno was on a role - Undefeated!
Riding high, and the nicest girl - Not conceited!
She was a nothing - A zero, zero
    Now she's a hot shot - She's a Cirno!
She hit the heights at breakneck speed!
From zero to Cirno... Cirno is a Cirno!
Now she's a Cirno! Yes indeed!

They're totally powergamers. Badgers are so OP that with a fox to disarm traps, you can make it through most farms and get a ton of food. Farmcats are a non-issue, and even a dog isn't that big of a deal.

You could probably make it work with size penalties and carrying capacity and such. Just needs good balancing

Like being big makes you worse at sneaking around, but better at physical stuff? That might work.

I refuse to believe that Scotland is inherently more dangerous than any large American city. Especially Detroit

I'd assume it would be sort of a heist game, where combat might be necessary sometimes, but it generally means something has gone wrong.

They got the guy who did the music for The Room to do the music for an upcoming documentary about The Room.

Apparently they're investigating Tommy's past, which seems wrong to me. He's very cagey about it, and clearly doesn't like it brought up.
  • Man is a most complex simple creature: see what he weaves, and how base his reasons for doing so.
Myr, you should look at Secret of Cats. It's about that sort of thing, cats (who are magical) protecting their owners from threats like ghosts and shit.

One of the things there is a size-based penalty/bonus mechanic.
  • Bad that they're invading his privacy, but I can't say I'm not curious.

I'm still amazed at the Room music guy. Acclaimed professor and meme maker.
