Honestly, at this point I think his chance of winning the Republican nomination depends on the details of the Republican primary delegate system, since if he doesn't win an outright majority, I think the sort of politically connected person who becomes a delegate is less likely to be a Trump supporter in a brokered convention.
Which, by the way, would be the most amazing situation if you ask me.
