Tumblr specifically says in the Terms of Use now that URL hoarding is a no-no.

(Of course, I still do it anyway; http://tre-enagedream.tumblr.com isn't gonna be something anyone wants to steal though, and I use it to test my themes out when I wish to change them)

The "hoarding" blog was actually another blog I'd started for another project anyway; I just shifted the name over for a few minutes.

I'm gonna go change it back now anyways, though.

I also went back to my old slogan "random rantings of a guy named Tre" as a bit of a throwback too. S'weird, I haven't used that officially since 2010. For a long time Trespeak was just Trespeak.

I've also gone through a few domains. First I was trespeak.tumblr.com, then I was trespeakstogirlsandfailsmiserably (as a joke), then back to trespeak, and then I moved to trespeak.co.cc, then I changed my tumblr name (but not the domain) to tre-enagedream (again, a joke, but I kept it for two months because why not), and then thanks to my lease expiring I had to move to trespeak.cz.cc, and then finally once cz.cc started coming up as a spam site on Google I moved back to trespeak.tumblr with no domain.

I'm probably gong to stay there until I buy tres.pk or something.

I keep thinking that if I ever start a personal website (which I want to do at some point), I'll change my tumblr to blog.central-avenue.net or something like that.

(I would want "centralavenue.net" without the hyphen but that's taken by a church)

I gotta admit, 12-yr-old me was pretty admirable sometimes.

I remember when the logo was just the spark and the "trespeak", then speech bubbles worked their way into the mix, then I dropped those and switched to the blocky font, and then the blocky font became all there was to the logo for the most part.

I dunno, to make sure that the "trespeak" was readable.

Thankfully, though, later revisions dropped it.

Maybe I might bring back my version of the Cargo theme sometime. Rebuild it again just for old times's sake.

...You know, I keep wanting to add an "About" page to my Tumblr, but I can't think of anything to put on it.

Also I still have the default theme, which is somewhat embarrassing. (Though I uploaded a custom banner and changed my background to standard highway sign green.)
