I slept a weird sorta schedule myself too. Since I napped so much yesterday I wasn't really tired overnight and so I just spent a lot of time sorta lying around trying to get comfortable.
i didn't play those games until some time after they came out though, whereas i watched the old doctor doolittle movie a whole bunch of times when i was little

i remember doign just about everything in pokemon fire red and then going back to the home town and talking to the mom character and suddenly feeling an intense sadness at the way the town was stuck in this kind of innocence, the kind of innocence and naivete that comes at beginnings, especially the beginnings of long journeys; and the way in which i had gone everywhere, done everything,exhausted the game, and yet here everything was as though i was still just at the very start of the game; as though i was an old man going back to his hometown for the first time in decades to find nobody had aged, nothing has changed, and everybody still treatinghim as though he was a child. an overwhelming bittersweetness

SAFETY FAIRY: But you don't understand, Constable! He was driving in that semi's blind spot! He could have gotten his entire family killed!
PAYNE: Ok, yeah, maybe he shouldn't have been driving like that, but the point still stands...
MINIVAN DRIVER: Can we go now?
PAYNE: Yes.
SAFETY FAIRY: No, wait! I haven't inspected your vehicle lighting yet!
