The version selling for $12 at Roses:
I mean, it is a pretty generic design, but having looked at both in person it's pretty obvious to me that the $12 version has reused parts of the mold from the Sony radio's casing. There's even weird blank spots where they deleted switches and such.
I'll bet the internals of the knockoff are totally different and are just cheap shit, though.

The Diary of Junie B. Jones
based on characters created by Barbara Park
developed for television by Central Avenue and Jumpingzombie
No, I mean the Country of England. It's half of the big island of the UK, the other half of the island being Wales and Scotland.
The other part of the UK is north Ireland. But even still, the whole UK put together is less than a hundred thousand square miles. A nation needs at least 506,000 square miles for me to not laugh at it's puny dinimutive pea-sized smallness.

(Didn't stop me from buyin one, naturally.)
Most of the super-cheap AM/FM radios I've been seeing recently have been using Toshiba or Sony analog signal processors, which are actually quite good.

That's encouraging!
I'm tempted to crack this one open and have a look for myself, but I'm hesitant to do something like that on a brand-new radio before I actually use it for its intended purpose.
+ 1000000000000 as long as it is very, very beautiful if you catch my drift :D
why does the internet so often hyperbole, exaggeration, and overreaction rather than understatement, politeness, and subtlety?
the sole exception at least to subtlety is sexuality, where the whole point seems to be "let's see how many innuendos we can cram into this space and snicker about"...and then it ceases to be subtle anyway

...Wait a minute, why did it take so long for the character voiced by Estelle to get her own song anyways?

i was at the goodwill where everything is in bins and you pay by the pound
picked up a liner jacket and some doc martens, along with some biker jeans that i'll probably sell at buffalo exchange at a profit
I've seen those on Lazy Game Reviews, but never in real life.
He always gave the impression that it was mostly worthless junk that couldn't sell in the proper Goodwill stores, so if yours is anything like the ones he goes to, I'm impressed that you found neat stuff.

But it has wetlands, and turtles; and waterfalls. You know that there's more to an entire region than that. You might as well define England with one sentence, too.

Anyways,
Mars is so pretty! Such huge canyon!

If I wrote in color text, I would write in the color 38EEE5.
