Peter Parker has no influence over the stories that the Bugle publish about Spider-Man, so he's ethically in the clear with his pictures.
Granted, the lack of disclosure that he is Spider-Man could be considered borderline unethical, but J. Jonah Jameson is already violating journalistic ethics with how he lets his extreme anti-Spider-Man bias color his newspaper's editorial content, so I'll call that a wash.
Like, Roger and Anita's designs in 101 Dalmatians: The Series are their old ones, run through the Disney Renaissance machine and slapped with a big thick outline, and I don't like those designs
the attempt to simplify the Disney Renaissance style is not well done in my mind
i blame it on the fact that they tried to simplify it. Also the thick outline because honestly i never thought those looked good, although i have mellowed on them lately.
The Disney Renaissance look is a good look, for movies. If cartoons want to look like movies they shouldn't cut corners and do things on the cheap, or they'll just look like cheap wannabes.
i know you like simplicity in cartoons, but some aesthetics look good the way they are and can't be simplified without losing something. There is nothing wrong with the Disney Renaissance aesthetic. Movies should NOT be made with tie-ins in mind. That might be good for Disney's finances but it's bad for art.
thick outlines looked better when, like, Ed Benedict was doing his thick-thin contrast thing with them

Are folk song writers known for their MATLAB skills?
My gaming group actually got together thanks to the "gamers seeking gamers" thread, they're some of the most chill people I know in real life. And our GM's cat is really cute.

Ok, so I fudged that one. Didn't think anyone would be counting.

I knew I had to add some kind of little text at the bottom to make it believable :P
...do those number strings by course names actually mean anything?
maybe this is a dumb question but mine were all things like EN10220 or WR30320 so i assumed they were just working through numbers that had the right amount of digits or something like that

When we used quarters we had three-digit numbers and they were really straightforward. The first digit was what level it was (100s being introductory, 200s being intermediate, 300s being advanced, etc) and the other two digits were the sequence you were intended to take them in (you might go 101, 102, 103, for example)
But when we switched to semesters we started with these 4-digit numbers that I still haven't managed to wrap my head around

the first digit of the modules on my course was always the year (1st, 2nd or 3rd) in which it was intended to be studied
how did i not notice that?
