In December 2010, the house adjacent to ours was destroyed in a fire (later ruled to be arson, but that's not relevant).
In the spring of 2011, they demolished what was left of it.
And ever since then, people from this street have decided that the remains of the house's old driveway are "free parking" for anyone who wants it.
Now, four years on, they're finally making preparations to build a new house there...and people are STILL parking on that crumbly old driveway.
This is going to end with a tow truck and it will be so satisfying to watch.
