  also when some youtube servers are blocked, i have to reload the entire page to try to get that one video to load, rather than reloading a dedicated youtube tab
  
  also because they suck up focus and cause things like arrow keys and pgup/pgdn to stop working for browsing the rest of the page

  and everyone could have a predictable baseline from which to build ascii art
  
  and it's low-tech so it can be pasted into pastebin or notepad for easy transfer and archiving
